This will be a negotiated procurement for a commercially available service under FAR Part 12. This procurement will be a 100% set- aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7349. The small business size standard is $12M. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision, unless otherwise specified. This requirement will be awarded using Commercial Item procedures. The contract will be written for a base year with four (4) one year options. This solicitation will result in a fixed price requirements contract. The pre-proposal conference/site visit will be 12 March 1998. All interested parties must notify this office, in writing, a faxed notification is acceptable (fax number (520) 533-5157), not later than 6 March 1998, if they plan to attend.
