The contractor will furnish approximately 2208 rods of Barbed Wire Fence (3-wire), 37 each of Barbed Wire End Panel-Type II, 20 each Barbed Wire Stress Panel, 5 each Five-post Barbed Wire Corner Panel-Type II, 22 each Barbed Wire Gate (3-wire), 14 rods Fence Removal, 2 each Complete 12 foot Cattleguard Assembly, 4 each Concrete 12 foot Cattleguard Base. The contractor will have 60 days to complete the project after the Notice to Proceed is issued. This Solicitation is a Request for Quotations and will be awarded on a purchase order approximately April 10, 1998. In accordance with Public Law 103-355 (FASA) for awarded contracts between $25,000 and $100,000, a 50% payment protection will be required in the form of either: 1) irrevocable letter of credit, 2) payment bond, 3) certificate of deposit, will be required within 15 calendar days after receipt of notification of award.
