The Government is seeking sources to install a new 120mm long barrel gun along with associated gun contol hardware and software into an M1A2 Abrams tank for the purpose of performance evaluation, demonstation and testing. Technical information and/or hardware and software components of the items described above will be provided to the selected contractor to assist in vehicle integration. Since the Government cannot provide the M1A2 Abrams tank Technical Data Package (TDP), the contractor sought must possess this TDP along with intimate knowledge of the engineering design, performance and operation of the M1A2 tank.
