services for a Restoration Study of Cenotaphs at Congressional
Cemetery, Washington, DC (Project No. 872CM3017). The A/E services are
for the preparation of a study for stabilization and for restoration
of the cenotaphs, including recommendations and cost estimates. All
applicants must be registered architects with demonstrated experience
in historic masonry restoration and have an established working office
within One Hundred-fifty (150) miles of Congressional Cemetery, 1801
"E" Street, SE, Washington, DC 20003-2499. Interested firms are
encouraged to submit Standard Forms 254 and 255 identifying examples of
past projects of this type. Firms submitting the information within 30
calendar days from date of appearance of this notice, or March 16,
1998, whichever is later, will be considered. Appointments to conduct
site visits at Congressional Cemetery for familiarization purposes are
not required and may be made at the discretion of the applicant. This
