This GUI will facilitate a rapid description (text) of an episode of care and will be further enhanced with speech-to-text technology where a more natural interface via user voice will be accepted as a potential alternative input methodology. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Request for Quotes (RFQ) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, No. 97-02. This procurement is "unrestricted". SIC 7371. Offerors are requested to provide their most current market pricing for a firm fixed price contract, FOB Destination. Payment(s) shall be made in arrears upon receipt of properly prepared invoice.
