(202) 205-2739 DUPLICATION SERVICES This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
(RFI) synopsis. The U.S. International Trade Commission is performing
this MARKET RESEARCH in order to identify sources who possess the
capability and experience to provide to the following service. THIS IS
NOT AN INDICATION THAT USITC INTENDS TO CONTRACT FOR THIS SERVICE. A
formal solicitation does not exist at this time. The survey is for
information only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or
Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commit by the
Government. The Contractor will be required to provide all supervision,
management, personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation,
and other resources necessary to provide this service. As described
more fully below, the requirement for duplication service will include:
(1) the safe collection, delivery, and return of all original
Commission documents; (2) the duplication of original Commission
documents provided to the Contractor for distribution or delivery; (3)
invoicing and the collection of payment directly from requestors for
services provided; and (4) provide quarterly reports and other
information to the Commission. The Contractor will collect completed
order forms of original Commission documents from the Office of the
Secretary, Dockets Section (Room 112), between 5:00 p.m. and 5:15 p.m.,
Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The Contractor will make
available to the Commission and requestors sufficient copies of a
Commission approved "Order Form." The Contractor will make duplicated
documents available for pick up by or deliver the duplicated documents
to the requestors by 9:00 a.m. the workday following the workday on
which public Commission documents and the requestors' order forms. The
Contractor will make duplicate documents available for pick up by or
deliver the duplicated documents to the requestors no later than 24
hours from the time public Commission documents and requestors' order
forms are provided. The Contractor will make duplicate documents
available for pick up by or deliver to requestors no later than 48
hours from the time public Commission documents and requestors' order
forms are provided. The Contractor will return all original Commission
documents to the Office of the Secretary no later than 8:45 a.m. on
the workday following the workday on which the original Commission
documents are provided to the Contractor. The Commission will provide
the Contractor with certain government-furnished property ("GFP") at no
cost to the Contractor to accomplish the work. The use of GFP will be
strictly limited to official government business. The Contractor is
required to perform all work in a professional and business-like
manner, according to the best standards of the photocopying and
duplication profession. The Contractor is required to maintain a
competent staff and quality equipment as required to provide
