The contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials and labor necessary to provide Janitorial Services, Bulk Trash Removal, Cleaning Services, Park Attendant Services, Grass Mowing and Road Cleaning Services for the J. Strom Thurmond Project Managers Office, Visitor Center, public use areas and campsites around the J. Strom Thurmond Lake Project. Period of service is one month with an option for one additional month beginning 1 April 1998.
