This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The SIC is 0782; the applicable size standard is $5.0 million annual receipts. The service will consist of the contractor providing all management supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to fulfill the contract (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective performance of all services described. Some of the tasks required include soil testing and chemical determination, tree pruning, policing of grounds, lawn cutting, trimming inaccessible areas, raking (during growing season), leaf raking at year end, lawn edging, fertilization, and spraying for insects. The proposed Purchase Order period of time includes an estimated base period of March 15, 1998 through September 30, 1998, with two optional periods.
