Load, Assemble, and Pack of 105mm, High Fragmentation M1-MOD Cartridges Market survey/Sources sought to Load Assemble and Pack (LAP) approximately 8,000-10,000 each 105mm, High Fragmentation (HF) M1-MOD Cartridges at a rate of 2,000 rounds/month. Required initial delivery date is thirteen months from date of award. Firms with experience in the melt/pour of Comp-B explosive and LAP of large caliber artillery projectiles should provide, at no cost to the government, a summary of their firms capabilities within fifteen days of this publication. Information should include experience in LAP, inspection, test and necessary equipment, facilities, tooling and materials (including packaging and palletization material). A qualified source should possess the capability to melt/pour and LAP l05mm cartridges with Comp-B and meet necessary inspection processes (x-ray and sectioning), and be able to self facilitize.
