NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has a requirement for two (2) 8.0 meter inflatable boats with rigid, deep "V" aluminum hull boats with a tracking system for easy detach/attachment of an inflatable sponson system. The hull shall not exceed 28 feet and shall not be less than 26 feet in length overall. The external beam (sponson to sponson) shall not exceed 9 feet and shall not be less than 8 feet with sponsons fully inflated. Each boat must have an enclosed cabin structure that can be secured and has permanent berthing for two persons. The cruising speed at net tonnage shall be 30 knots minimum. Accessory items for each boat shall be installed and include an Icom with antenna, 8" LCD-GPS/Chart Plotter/Echo Sounders, 8" LCD Radar, Digital Compass System, FBX II, DGPS Beacon Receivers, CDC Chart 8-MBIT Chart Cards and dual axel trailer. Delivery is required FOB Anchorage, Alaska within 150 days of contract award for the first boat and 250 days for the second boat. This is a 100 percent small business set-aside.
