the UH-60 Turbine Engine. Delivery with First Article Testing will be
6 each 288 days after contract award and delivery without First Article
Testing will be 6 each 180 days after contract award, both with
subsequent monthly deliveries of 6 each per month. FOB destination is
to Texarkana, Texas. All offerors must meet prequalification
requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to
seek source approval in order to compete for this or future
solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the AMCOM
Competition Advocate's Shopping List (CASL) procedures. The proposed
contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not own
specifications or drawings. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for
small business concerns. Acquisition is restricted to the following
approved sources: Lenox Instruments and Instrument Technology.
