The Air Force contemplates contracting for an Automated Data Collection/Fuels Dispensing System (ADC/FDS) to support world-wide requirements. The purpose of this request is to determine potential sources for ADC/FDS (Ground Refueling). The primary objective of the ADC/FDS is to automate the collection of fuels sales transaction data from aircraft and the ground refueling system while fuels is being dispensed. The Air Force currently supports a manual, paper intensive process for the dispensing and accounting of fuel deliveries at Department of Defense installations. The Automated Data Collection/Fuels Dispensing System shall consist of established commercial items having documented commercial installation history and performance records which demonstrate the system has a proven record of reliable field performance.
