Phillips, Contract Specialist, 504-589-5284 Services are required of an multi-discipline A/E firm on an open ended basis to provide investigation, design surveys, verification of as-built conditions, construction drawings, cost estimates, phasing and estimated construction time for various projects at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. Contract will be for one base year with three optional renewal years. Awarded contract will include negotiated labor rates for probable work categories needed and overhead and profit rates. These rates will apply to delivery orders issued for A/E Service on individual projects, on an as needed basis, and are subject to the availability of funds. 254's and 255's are being solicited from emerging small business only. The SIC code for this procurement is 8712 -- $2.5mil. Emerging Small Businesses are firms who's gross annual receipts for the preceding three years have not exceeded $1.25mil. Selection will be based upon recent specialized experience, professional capacity to accomplish work, professional qualifications of staff and consultants assigned to the contract.
