Contractor will be required to conduct a complete project site field survey/investigation to gather the existing building data related/required for the project design development. The existing building data is not limited to building construction components, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and safety systems. Contractor will be required to provide a complete construction bid documents (not limited to provide new or modified architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, etc.) for renovation requirements. All construction bid documents shall be in accordance with current VA construction standards/regulations and building fire and safety codes adapted by VA. This is not a request for proposal and solicitation documents are not available. Interested firms are to submit Standard Forms 254 and 255 by 3/13/98.
