Barela (505) 784-4506/4518 Construct (2) each 20'x30'x10' H (Gable Roof) metal buildings with gutter and down spouts. Three 9'x7' industrial roll-up doors for each buidling and a 4" slab with wire mesh, piers and grade beam with # 4 rebar and 3,000 PSI cement. Install underground electrical to each building with new power panel, interior and exterior lights and outlets for 12 golf cart battery chargers. Finish the exterior south wall of each building with brick veneer to match the existing club house. Construct a 10'x20' addition to the southwest end of the existing cart barn. Replace the existing hard surface with a new concrete slab and install 2 new 9'x7' industrial roll-up doors. Interior and exterior lights and outlets for 4 golf cart battery chargers. Replace the existing 7 doors in exisiting cart barn with industrial roll-up doors (9'x7'). Excavate and landscape the area east of the existing cart barn approximately 600 square feet at Golf Course, Building 2206, Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico 88103-5131.
