Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to perform roof inspections and maintenance including locating/repairing roof leaks, removing/replacing damaged roofing materials, repairing and/or providing new sheetmetal flashing, gutters and downspouts, and performing emergency roof repairs. It is anticipated that an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract will be awarded with an estimated price range of $250,000 to $500,000 (inclusive of option periods).
