(FISCNORVADETWASH), intends to negotiate a sole source contract with W.A. Whitney, Rockford, IL to procure a Punch/Plasma Press, CNC, Whitney model (3700 ATC 42). The Punch/Plasma Press will be capable of punching through 0.625" (5/8") material and plasma cutting through 0.75" (3/4") material. The accessories include punch and die sets as well as one micorprocessor for use with the new CNC Punch/Plasma Press. The offeror will also provide installation services and training services for the press. The contract to be awarded will be a firm fixed price contract.
