Work to be completed by September 30, 1998. Request for quotations (RFQ) will be issued approximately February 23, 1998, to The Mount Sinai Medical Group, New York, NY, on a sole source basis. The Mount Sinai Medical Group is the only known source capable of providing the requirement to prepare and characterize primers for RT-PCR assays, prepare cDNA from RNA samples, perform RT-PCR for p15E and pol on samples using assays demonstrating absence of DNA carryover and ability to amplify sample.
