Adamson (217) 373-7297 (Site Code DACA88) USACERL requires services to provide the Mailroom and Blank Forms Program at the facilities located in Champaign, Illinois. Services include providing the required labor and supervision to operate the Mailroom and Blank Forms Program which includes, but not limited to, pickup and delivery of mail to the USPS, sorting and routing all mail, including internal correspondence, distribution of mail to offices within USACERL, filling requests for blank forms and maintaining a perpetual blank forms inventory. The period of service will be for one basic period with the option to extend up to four (4) additional years. Request for Proposal (RFP) No. DACW88-98-R-0007 will be issued on or about 2 Apr 98 with a closing date of on or about 7 May 98. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business, and will result in a firm fixed-price contract.
