In accordance with Part 13, award will be limited to Small Business concerns. The purpose of this procurement is to provide statistical programming using SAS and statistical/numerical analysis support in conducting five analyses of client-level HIV client characteristics and services data. The contractor shall: develop a draft and final work plan for each of five analyses; develop a draft and final analytical plan for each of five analyses identified in the work plan; prepare progress reports; and develop a draft and final report and findings for each of five analyses.
