a requirement for the design and preparation of permanent exhibit(s)
and installation of exhibit room floor. The exhibit and coordinating
floor shall consist of, but not be limited to, murals or photographs,
which will provide an overview of the history of the wild horse and
burro herds, and on the current wild horse and burro adoption program.
The exhibit shall include an interactive video monitor and a BLM
ceiling hanging identifying the Department of the Interior/Bureau of
Land Management. The exhibit(s) shall be installed in an existing area
of approximately 133 square feet (19' X 7'4"), in the Kentucky Horse
Park Visitors' Center, Lexington, Kentucky. The exhibit(s) with floor,
must be installed at the Visitors' Center prior to July 15, 1998. This
requirement is restricted to small businesses whose average annual
receipts for the preceding 3 fiscal years do not exceed $5 million,
