FROST, (301) 504-0444/1142 The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) intends to utilize a firm-fixed price indefinite quantity contract with three one-year option periods to procure Video News Releases (VNR's) and satellite media tours including satellite distribution showing recalled products or describing generic product hazards as required. Request for Proposal (RFP) CPSC-P-99-1001 will be issued on or about March 23, 1998 with proposals due on or about April 23, 1998. This procurement requires the Contractor to possess redundant in-house video crews, in-house editing, station notification systems, and broadcast capabilities in order to handle emergencies and very tight deadlines. All responsible sources with these in-house capabilities may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government. No telephone requests for copies of the RFP will be accepted. (0048)
