The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Raytheon Systems Company to relocate six (6) F/A-18 Aircrew Training Devices from NAS Cecil Field, FL to another east coast location, possibly Oceana, VA. The contractor will provide the personnel and material resources to inventory, pre-move inspect, test, disassemble, pack, ship, store, reassemble, install, and post-move inspect each of the training devices. The anticipated period of performance for the relocations is 01 July 1998 through 28 August 2000.
