The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facilities to be constructed in the Town of Great Valley, NY. The preferred area is bounded as follows: on the north by Brewer Cross Road; on the east by the a distance of 1/4 mile east of Rte. 219; on the south by Peth Road; and on the west by a distance of 1/4 mile west of Rte. 219. Space requirements are for either existing space of about 4,000 sf with 15 customer parking spaces, 17 employee spaces and 2 handicapped spaces, or for a new construction leased facility, about 4,000 sf on a site size of about 81,300 sf, with the same parking as above. The lease term is for a minimum of twenty years with four five-year options for new construction and ten years with four five-year options for existing or renovated space. Proposals will be received through April 10, 1998 and must be submitted by principals only on specified forms and in accordance with the official advertisement for space.
