Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to: (1)Change the listed FAC from "97-46" to "97-03". (2)In the solicitation description and in paragraph 3.2, the description shall read: "install new, of recycled materials". These carpet tile materials shall be equal to, or can exceed the name brand and requirements listed in paragraph 3.2.1. (3)Add paragraph 3.2.4 which shall read: Provide to the Government, 100 each additional loose carpet tiles to facilitate future replacement of damaged tiles. (4)This procurement is open to "GSA" contractors as well as "commercial" contractors. All GSA contractors submitting quotes, please include your Contract Number and expiration date. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. Companies shall provide the information stated in the solicitation/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on March 5, 1998.
