Closing date is 09 Apr 98. The United States Government has a requirement for 10 each UHF/VHF Dual Receivers, Cubic Communications P/N 2871-1000 and 10 each MF/HF Dual Receivers, Cubic Communications P/N 2861-1000. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, Cubic Communications of San Diego, California in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own a complete drawing package adequate for competition of the items that are components of the AN/ARR-86 Radio Receiving Set for the ES-3A aircraft. Delivery of the items will be required 180 days after contract award. Inspection and acceptance is to be at source with delivery f.o.b. destination to NSWC Crane, Crane, IN.
