All IOC solicitations are available for viewing/downloading, in addition to procurement history, via the AAIS. Prospective customers may access the IOC Home Page at http://www-ioc.army.mil/. All current and future users of AAIS are encouraged to access the system using the Internet. Acess via the modem will soon be discontinued.
