The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is issuing a solicitation for the Real Estate Owned (REO) Management & Marketing services. This solicitation is open to all interested parties and is NOT set-aside for small business. The servies will be a blanket contract for management and marketing of HUD REO properties located in the Denver Home Ownership Center (HOC) jurisdiction (Colorado, Utah, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, New Mexico,Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Arkansas, & Wyoming). Although performance in all of the above states will not be required at the time of contract award, the offeror must have the capability to perform in all of the states as they are assigned.
