The Deseret Chemical Depot and the Dugway Proving Ground have a requirement for TOC Contract. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be 100% full and open competition. The contract will be for a 12 month base period with two (2) one year options. This TOC contract is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for the maintenance, repair, alterations and minor new construction, including Utility, Street and Sidewalk, Parking Lots, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and all work that requires construction disciplines. The award will be based on the following evaluation criteria: Factor 1 -- Price, Factor 2 -- Past Performance. These factors are weighed equally. Past performance should demonstrate a full range of general construction experience, to include experience with multi phased and fast tracked project execution and provide capabilities of professional quality control. All proposals received will be evaluated by government personnel. The magnitude of construction will be between $5 million and $10 million a year.
