The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure FY98 On-Board Oxygen Generating System (OBOGS) requirements. The FY98 requirement is approximately 15 oxygen concentrators; 27 slimline concentrators; 67 solid state oxygen monitor and associated technical data /engineering program plans. Litton Life Support, P.O. Box 4508, Davenport IA, 52808-4508 is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the OBOGS and as such is the only firm possessing the knowledge, facilities, equipment, and technical data necessary to meet the government requirement.
