Palatine Road, Wheeling, IL, 60090 to provide medical and surgical supplies/services for the period commencing date of contract award through January 31, 1999. The determination to enter into a non-competitive contract is due to there being a critical need to maintain continuity of service and obtain the supplies and services without delay nor jeopardize the quality of patient care. The comprehesive nature of this procurements is as such that Burrows Company is the only responsible source who can meet our needs and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
