This notice serves to announce to parties interested in the U.S. Coast Guard's Deepwater Capability Replacement Analysis project that our web site is temporarily down. We are striving to make it accessible again on Monday, February 23, 1998. Should we anticipate further delays, we will post another notice in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD). In addition, we have received several questions from potential offerors regarding our February 12, 1998 CBD notice announcing anticipated Final RFP release date and proposal submission dates. For clarification purposes, the following information is provided: The Technical/Management Proposal Part I, which is due 30 days after RFP release, includes primarily past performance documentation. The Technical/Management Proposal Part II, due 60 days after RFP release, includes an Integrated Master Plan, an Integrated Master Schedule, an organizational description, production capability information, and copies of the oral presentation slides. Also due 60 days after RFP release is the cost proposal as well as the administrative proposal, which includes all the required forms, subcontracting plans, if appropriate, and any exceptions or clarifications taken by the offeror.
