Sources Sought -- Nonpersonal services to provide services for future Space Command A-76 Commercial Activities in the event that funding becomes available. It should be understood that such funding is not presently available. Interested parties should be fully knowledgeable of all aspects of the A-76 process, including those in Air Force regulations and instructions impacting the Outsourcing processes. Specific contractor experience would be required in writing performance-based Performance Work Statements (PWS) and related Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP). Contractors should also have experience in the preparation and review of Most Efficient Organization (MEO) plans and Management Plans with the associated transition plans. Potential Outsourcing areas requiring support may include civil engineering, communications and transportation. Areas of contracted performance may include Falcon AFB, CO, FE Warren AFB, WY, Malmstrom AFB, MT, Patrick AFB, CA, Peterson AFB, CO, New Boston, CA and /orVandenburg AFB, CA. Timing for these support efforts may occur between June 1998 and June 2002. Interested contractors are encouraged to submit company information to include business status (large, small, small 8(a), etc), capability statements and a brief review of government contracts supporting A-76 Outsourcing efforts. Total number of pages provided by the contractors should not exceed 15 pages. Contractor responses should be provided no later than 31 March 1998. (0049)
