Garcia (301) 443-2750 The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the International Medical Education Consortium, University of North Carolina, School of Medicine, CB 7403 Medical Building 52, Chapel Hill, NC 27599-7403. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to plan and implement an International Health Medical Education conference, title "Opening Doors to Health: Learning From Each Other", and to provide a written report that includes all documents associated with the conference, a written copy of the proceedings, and a written summary of meeting evaluations. The contractor shall organize, facilitate, document all presentations, and provide all logistical arrangements. The period of performance for this project is 12 months. The International Medical Education Consortium, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
