The project consists of the design and construction of a new seven (7) court indoor tennis and coaching facility on the grounds of the United States Military Academy. The project includes, but is not limited to, the design and execution of seven (7) indoor courts (compliant with United States Tennis Association (USTA) standards), a continuous elevated viewing area, locker rooms suitable for collegiate men's amd women's tennis teams, offices for men's and women's head coaches, a team meeting room, a laundry room with uniform storage, and spaces for equipment/maintenance storage. A firm fixed price design/build contract will be awarded to a single contractor who will be responsible for the design of the facility (based on minimum government requirements) and its construction in accordance with its design. Offers are required to submit a technical and price proposal for this one-phase design/build project.
