Work includes; but, is not limited to all labor, materials, transportation, supplies, equipment, supervision and management required for the replacement of the existing 100 Horsepower Natural Gas Hot Water Boiler, Chimney, Roof Stack, Gas Train, and automatic controls with one of similar type and design. All hot water pumps, pipes and miscellaneous components associated with the hot water heating system within the boiler room up to the distribution lines shall be replaced with components similar in material and design. All replaced components will be reinsulated in a manner similar to those they replace. Contract duration will be 60 days for completion..
