This is a modification to update the following information to the CBD issue of January 30, 1997 and March 4, 1997 PSA#1794 and (SYN#0126 19970304 Z-0014.SOL). This Solicitation includes three options: Option 1 is estimated between $500,000.00 -- $1,000,000.00 includes all work required on the second floor, except the work specified under Option 2 and the four unit heaters, electrical/telephone closet and three plumbing wall included in the base bid. Option 2 is estimated between $25,000.00 -- $100,000.00 includes all work to furnish and install moveable partitions on the second floor in lieu of the fixed partitions included in the base bid. Option 3 is estimated between $50,000.00 -- $100,000.00 includes all work to furnish and install moveable partitions on the third floor in lieu of the fixed partitions included in the base bid.
