Matlab, MLUNIX, 5 users, licensed based platform: unix maintenance and support term: four years, as measured from product delivery. 2. Qty. 1: Control System Toolbox, CTUNIX 3. Qty. 1: Signal Processing Toolbox, SGUNIX This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from The Math Works, Inc., as they are the only known distributor of these products. The Authority is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. Interested firms have 15 days from the publication of this synopsis to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities.
