Provide services to secure all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to advertise and conduct motor vehicles and equipment auction. The work includes but is not limited to the transportation and preparation of vehicles and equipment, the auctioning of the vehicles and equipment, and the processing of the tag and title transfer request. The vehicles and equipment to be auctioned shall be picked up at various locations within 150 mile radius. The Standard Industrial Code is 5012. The contract term shall be effective for a period of (1) one base year with (2) two option periods. The date for issuance of the solicitation is on or about 02 Mar 98. No site visit will be nescessary. The bid opening date will be approximately 15 days after release of the solicitation.
