The contract will be for a period of one year, with two annual renewal options (a possible total of three years for the contract). There are two types of LCM-8000 vessels, with dimensions as follows: (1) LCM(8), Mod 1-Length Overall: 73 Feet, 6 Inches; Beam: 21 Feet, 5/8 Inch; Displacement (Light): 57.81 Long Tons; Draft Loaded (Mean): 4 Feet, 7 Inches; (2) LCM(8), Mod 0-Length Overall: 69 Feet; Beam: 21 Feet; Displacement (Light): 57.81 Long Tons; Draft Forward (Light): 3 Feet; Draft Aft (Light): 3 Feet, 6 Inches. Area of Consideration for this procurement is the East Coast from and including the State of New Jersey through and including the State of South Carolina.This procurement is unrestricted. Under SIC Code 3731, a concern is small if the number of employees of the concern and its affiliates does not exceed 1,000 persons. Contractors shall have a Master Vessel Agreement with Fort Eustis, Virginia, in order to be awarded this contract.
