Work under this project shall consist of the providing of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform work in accordance with the project plans and specifications. A total of nine rock structures will be installed within the Jonathan Davis Wetlands project area located within the South Barataria and Bayou Perot Oil and Gas Fields in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Structures include two rock armored fixed crest weirs and seven rock armored plugs. Each structure consists of size No. 4 crushed limestone placed on geogrid and capped with rock riprap. Estimated quantities for the major construction materials are 15,930 tons of rockfill, 9,065 tons of rock riprap, and 23,510 square yards of geogrid. Estimated price range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract performance period is 183 calendar days.
