This project is UNRESTRICTED. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1771. The size standard is $17.0 million. The work includes the construction of two (2) reinforced concrete stair towers at north and south ends of Building 2006. Work incidental to the stairs shall be cutting of masonry walls for installation of exit doors, installation of a sprinkler main and riser, electrical work and mechanical removal of heating units. The projected date of availability of solicitation is 20 March 1998. The projected bid opening date is 22 April 1998.
