Contractor will be required to provide all materials, labor, supplies, permits, bonds, etc. to successfully complete the above referenced project in accordance with written specifications and drawings. The work site is located at the Federal Correctional Complex, Butner, North Carolina. The project magnitude for this project is within the estimated projected range of $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated time of completion is 270 calendar days. This project is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The issue date of the Invitation for Bid is March 16, 1998, with a Bid Opening date of April 20, 1998.
