Work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment to install additional lighting, modify existing light switching, build new interior walls with new electric power above ceiling for future installation of system furniture, and modify existing HVAC controls. The performance period for this project is 75 days. Project STL 98-0112, GPC Electric Support, Building 36, Section 4E. Work consists of providing new power strips, remove existing and install new circuits. The performance period for this project is 14 days. Work on these projects shall be performed by a contractor familiar with electrical circuitry and office renovation. Both projects shall be performed in strict accordance with drawings, schedules and specifications and all applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA and OSHA requirements. The approximate cost of these projects is between $25,000 and $100,000. Work will be performed at NIMA, 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used. A Request for Quotation, including drawings and Performance Work Statement, will be issued and written responses will be required. This solicitation will not be available through electronic data interchange. This is a 100% set aside for small business.
