WRIGHT 404 464-4104 (Site Code DAKF11) The contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, facilities, labor,vehicles,equipment, tools, repair parts,management and supervision to perform all necessary inspection, maintenance and repair work, in the housing areas at Fort Polk, LA. This housing area consist of approximately 3900 units. Additionally, the contractor shall operate the Louisiana Purchase Self Help Center. Further, the contractor shall perform all work regardless of cause or source in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. A Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contract is contemplated for one base and two option years with a magnitude more than $10,000,000. This project is an unrestricted best value acquisition.
