The audio/data recorder shall be capable of recording and playback of all air traffic control (ATC) communications and radar data which shall include frequency and shift key (FSK) and digitized radar data. The recorder/reproducer shall be expandable for audio channels and data channels separately up to at least one-hundred twenty-eight (128) audio channels and sixteen (16) data. Each offeror will demonstrate the proposed system during an Operational Capability Demonstration (OCD). The contract will be for a base year with four one-year option periods. Contract performance will be on an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Fixed price basis. Award to be evaluated on a price and other factors basis. SIC Code is 3812.
