Items to be ordered are: 1. Compex 102 excimer laser (flourine version), qty. 1 each. 2. Unstable resonator adapter for compex laser, qty. 1 each. 3. Unstable resonator optics 100 (248nm), qty. 1 each. 4. Unstable resonator optics 100 (193 nm), qty. 1 each. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, supplemented with information included in this notice.
