UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries Inc., intends to enter into a Requirements type contract which includes a base year and one option year, if exercised for Line Item 0001: Liner, FAB1151, Urethane Foam, Virgin Uretyhane with no fillers., 100,000 Yards, and Line Item 0002: FAB1154, Liner Urethane Foam, Virgin Urethane with no filler, 100,000 yards, for delivery to U.S. Penitentiary Atlanta, GA. Each delivery order has a 30 day requirement. Minimum delivery order requirement is 2,000 yards for both Line Items. Maximum order delivery requirements shall not exceed 50,000 yards for each Line Item. These line items are used for quilting to mattress panels. All vendors are put on notice that this solicitation will be evaluated based on best value to the Government and on past performance.
