Tyr Brenner, Contract Specialist, (805) 734-8232 ext. 6-5865 E-MAIL: F0468498QV229, brennert@vafb5a.vafb.af.mil.. 1.0 SCOPE: To supply all equipment and labor to install equiment stated below, for the purpose of providing theatrical lighting and stage dressing for the "Gaurdian Challenge" 1998 opening ceremonies and banquet ceremonies at the 76th Rescue Flight hanger, Vandenberg AFB, California. 2.0 GENERAL: By direction of the government representative(s), identified by the contracting officer, the contractor shall, upon approval of said representative, install and setup, soft goods, truss assemblies, and required lighting components, in addition to dimmer board operation, ina manor to best provide stage and audience lighting within the 76th Rescue Flight hanger for approximately one thousand people. The contractor will provide transportation to pick up and return the equipment to Vandenberg AFB. 1.2 Installation of the said system shall be installed on 29 April 1998 and operational by (8:00 AM) 1 May 1998, loaded out on or about (10:00 AM) 8 May 1998. 2.0 LABOR: The contractor shall provide all technical knowledge and the minimal number of technicians required to coordinate the setup of the lighting and soft goods, to include the installation, adjustment, operation, and tear down of all equipment provided by the contractor. Lift support will be provided by the government to assist in the placement of lighting components, rigging and motors, and stage dressing. The contractor shall supervise the placement of three rear-screen projection screens (provided) in conjunction with the lighting setup. 2.1 LABOR/OPERATION: The contractor will operate the light control system from the rehearsal through performance for the period of 02 May 1998 to 07 May 1998. 3.0 EQUIPMENT: The contractor shall provide, but not limited to, all equipment listed herein. 4.0 SOFT GOODS: The contractor shall provide, but not limited to, all items listed herein for stage and screen dressing. The contractor shall provide the following items (or equivalent): 2 20 ft. High x 30 ft. wide Drapes 2 2 ft. High x 20 ft. Wide Drapes 2 5 ft. High x 20 ft. wide drapes 2 30 ft. High x 30 ft Wide Drapes 2 30 ft. High x 10 ft Wide Drapes 1 10 ft. High x 60 ft Wide Drapes 1 10 ft. High x 30 ft Wide Drapes 4 Pipe and Base per 30 ft. Drades 5.0 RIGGING AND NOTORS: The contractor shall provide, but not limited to, all items listed herein.
