The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on an unrestricted, full and open competitive basis, medical services in support of the Naval Hospital Pensacola's Centralized Appointment Call Center. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12, as a commercial items acquisition. Subject services include staffing, operating and managing a Centralized Appointment Call Center (CACC) and a Central Consult Control (CCC) for the Naval Hospital Pensacola in support of the hospital and it's clinics. The goal of the CACC is to provide patients with prompt, courteous service which matches the patient to the appointment most appropriate to the service request. The goal of the CCC is to ensure prompt processing of consultation requests so that the patient receives timely care and documentation of that care is appropriately processed and distributed. The CACC and CCC shall be located at the Naval Hospital Pensacola. The contractor shall operate CACC and CCC Monday through Friday from 0600 to 2000 and on Saturday and Sunday form 1200 to 2000. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated, with a one year base period of performance and four one-year option periods.
